Welcome to Cuxton
Cuxton is rural village that lies on the western slopes of the Medway valley, just two miles from the historic town of Rochester. There are approximately 1105 properties in the village with a population of approximately 2080 residents.
The village has a vibrant community life and features a primary school, GP surgery, library, pub, Social Club, Coop, Newsagent, two playgroups, two hairdressers and a Chinese takeaway.
Cuxton is easily accessible from the M2 and M20 and yet is set in picturesque countryside, offering residents tranquil surroundings whilst being close to local towns, and less than an hour from both London and Dover.
