The aims of Cuxton Parish Council are:
- To protect the rural character and environment of the village from urban encroachment
- To continually improve the quality, range and value for money of the services and facilities provided by the council to the village community.
- To operate in a green and sustainable manner, and adopt policies that actively encourage others to do so.
- To encourage and support local community groups and charities in their work within the village.
- To be proactive, transparent and informative in our approach to village issues by the use of meetings, our website and our newsletter.

We produce an annual report, to share our accomplishments over the past year and communicate our strategic vision.
